Spring Lounge (Futian)
With a grandfather as a pastry chef at the french Embassy, and a grandmother known for her unforgettable Pho in the heart of Saigon, the Vietnamese-French cuisine quickly became an institution in the family. A generation later, my mother Kim Oanh, born in Laos opened several restaurants in this Thai influence country, then in Paris, where Vietnamese food and cakes are the delight of French people.
Born by the love of healthy and diversified cooking, by the aromas of the markets, the colors of Asia, Spring Lounge is nothing more than just a sweet and flavoured memory of our Vietnamese French family culture.
