SACS Supper Club at Yang Jin Ma Restaurant
SACS is pleased to present its next SUPPERCLUB at YANG JIN MA RESTAURANT, which is stunningly decorated with depictions of the Buddha and Tibetan antiques, and staffed by ethnic Tibetan staff, so as to have a unique experience of Tibetan cuisine.
Tibetan cuisine reflects local climates and customs. It consists of crops such as rice, oranges, bananas, lemon, mustard seeds and barley. Flour milled from roasted barley, called tsampa, is the staple food of Tibet. Noodles are of various shapes with vegetables, and meat in broth. Meat dishes are likely to be yak, goat, or mutton, often dried or cooked in a spicy stew with potatoes. Yak yoghurt, butter, and cheese are frequently eaten, and well-prepared yoghurt is considered something of a prestige item.
This authentic restaurant will bring you to ancient China, with the combination of its astonishing decoration and traditional food, you will feel in the heart of the culture! A unique opportunity in Shenzhen!
