19 separate devices had failure rates over 5%, with 6 of those having a 100% failure rate.

Inspection yields also dropped but performed relatively better than electrical testing for the same period, improving to 59% in Week 15 from Week 14′s 50% and then dipping to 57% in Week 16, averaging 58% for the period.
