Entrepreneurs Agrees on Investing in Pingshan New Area
Local entrepreneurs from the high tech industry attended the promotional conference that was organized by the Pingshan New Area Government and have unanimously agreed that the new area is the ideal place for investing.
The president of the Nanshan District water dispense company Crystal Mountain Dennis Rivard said that his company is looking for more space to expand and is planning to move out of Nanshan because of limited land supply and rising labor cost also the rental in the Chiwan area have increased another 40 yuan per square meter compared to Pinghsan 11yuan per square meter.
Pingshan has 30 square kilometers of land available for development which is the largest in Shenzhen and the local government of Pingshan is planning to auction off 72 hectares or 21 lots of land this year. Wang Qiang the deputy general manager of Yuandonglibang said that Pingshan has a great preferential taxation policies and mature industry clusters but needs more financial support to aspiring enterprises.
