School to Offer New Course to Help Improve Language Abilities
The University College of International Exchange in Shenzhen will now offer a new course to overseas students who are looking to earn a bachelor’s degree and at the same time improve the Chinese language abilities. The four year program started in December and subjects are taught in English by international professors and lecturers.
The new course is expected to assist international students taking Chinese language classes to be prepared and qualified to work in the country after they have graduated. First major to be offered is international trade and economics with math, management and marketing as subjects. Overseas students with high school graduation certificates are eligible for the new program.
The college is also offering anew Chinese language learning program to students to earn units as extracurricular program which includes courses on Chinese speaking, listening and comprehension.
As of the moment the college has 800 overseas students attending that are enrolled in the Chinese learning program and most of these students comes from different countries and regions in China.
