Investment Firm Names Shenzhen as 11th Most Dynamic City
Jones Lang LaSalle a Chicago based real estate investment firm has named Shenzhen the 11th most dynamic city in the world. Based on the list released by the investment firm, London, San Francisco and Dubai are the three top most vibrant cities in the world.
Shanghai ranked fourth, followed by Wuhan in fifth then Hong Kong in eighth place. Then a new CMI a curates list of the Chicago based real estate firm did its research which concluded and now has the 20 most dynamic metropolises in the world in which Beijing ranks 13th in the list followed by Chengdu in 14th and Tianjin at 16th. The criteria for the index showed highly dynamic cities are being characterized by the speed of the innovation and the creation of cutting edge businesses. Furthermore new building construction, property price movement and investment in real estate that comes from cross border investors and corporations are also part of the factors that build the list.
Shenzhen is now one of ht six rapidly urbanizing cities that continue to grow as massive city building programs are being planned even with a slow economy. Hong Kong is at eight place that accounts for one fourth if th world’s direct commercial real estate investment activity in 2012 to 2013 which wielded a clear economic might on a global stage.
The index has assessed more than a hundred cities and based the scores on short and long term variables.
