Airport Gives Out Detailed Reports on New Airport Service GoalsThe Shenzhen International Airport just released a report that will set service goals which will include check in times of no more than 10 minutes at 98 percent and wait times for security check in of no more than 15 minutes to 98 percent as well these goals are set in normal passenger conditions. Other airports in China has also promised to lessen check in times to no more than 10 minutes and security checks to no more than 18 minutes for the average 95 percent of passengers.

The reports give out details in 15 areas in the airport including food inquiries, check in, luggage services and security checks. Authorities at the airport has compares 55 service goals at the airport that was set in 2007, the newer goals are more attentive to concerns and experiences of customers along with the more quantitative analysis of ground services in the airport.

The Shenzhen International Airport has printed more than 10,000 copies of the report that contained the new goals that were placed in departure halls, check in counters and boarding gates. For passengers who have read the detailed report are free to give any suggestions or comments on the airport services by visiting the airport’s website szairport.com.
