Airport Gives Out Detailed Reports on New Airport Service Goals
The Shenzhen International Airport just released a report that will set service goals which will include check in times of no more than 10 minutes at 98 percent and wait times for security check in of no more than 15 minutes to 98 percent as well these goals are set in normal passenger conditions. Other airports in China has also promised to lessen check in times to no more than 10 minutes and security checks to no more than 18 minutes for the average 95 percent of passengers.
