Qianhai Released Work Plans to Help Collaborate Shenzhen with Hong Kong
Authorities in the Qianhai Special Economic Zone will be releasing a work plan that will collaborate between Hong Kong and Shenzhen before the end of the month as part of an incentive of the joint cooperation between the two cities. In addition to this will be a drafted plan created by government officials to include foreign investment in Qianhai and gradually loosen its restrains on the access to the modern service sector in the area to help attract enterprises in Hong Kong.
The new work plans will give the Hong Kong service sector companies several opportunities tht is equal to mainland companies in regards to their development in the area by taking out scrapping barriers to relaxing requirements for financial and business licenses and offer Hong Kong enterprises more favorable policies on land usage and fund raisings. Around one third of the lands in Qianhai are sold to Hong Kong enterprises.
High ranking professionals in Hong Kong will also be offered tax rebates, this tax rebates will also be offered to talents who are urgently needed and to qualified Hong Kong enterprises. Qianhai authorities is also planning to do research on the feasibility of creating a fund for innovative development with Hong Kong enterprises with the requirement of 5 million yuan in registration capital is scrapped.
