Shenzhen Government Reveals Reform Plans for 2015
The city is promoting reform in seven factors ranging from law, economy, social security and culture for the year 2015 based on a report that was unveiled by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. The head of the Shenzhen Reform Office Le Zheng said that the report was revised several times in the past three months before finally being approved by the city government and will be released to the public soon.
The economy is one of the main focus on the report and in the 44 items that the government plans to reform, 17 are related to the city economy. Shenzhen will continue its reforms in business registrations while promoting construction of a business entity registration paired with an approval information system. Furthermore the city is implementing a credit monitoring system that is designed to reward businesses.
The plans will also include building a public information management system and improve online market regulation and the plans will also include a financial system reform as well. also the city will deepen its yuan based cross border businesses and will pilot a program for a qualified foreign partner that will also create policies to support the financial industry and internet financing as well.
