Shenzhen to Host Emission Reduction and New Energy Industry Exposition
The Sixth Shenzhen International Energy saving Emission Reduction and New Energy Industry Exposition will last for three days and is located at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. With over 500 corporations and eight batches of exhibition attending the expo will highlight the commercialization of technological achievements in the energy saving industry by giving on site business matching with corporations and attendees.
Dai Zeming, the president for the Shenzhen Society for Sustainable Development stated that they will be providing matching services for corporations of potential clients such as hospitals and hotels that need energy saving operations. The expo will also highlight green residential estates this year and the Shenzhen housing and construction bureau along with experts and property management companies to discuss energy saving approaches in the estate management held a forum.
A program manager for Shenzhen Lisai Development Co. said that their company partnered with Shenzhen urban management bureau and converted gas from Xiaping landfill into natural gas that is used to power 200,000 Shenzhen homes by next year. the company’s conversion rate for natural gas is at 90 percent the highest nationwide.
