Food safety vehicles to conduct safety campaign in the city

A food safety inspection vehicles began to promote a food safety campaign across the city. Market supervision administration staff members were on hand to explains the devices that were on the food safety inspection vehicles to city officials.
The devices installed in the vehicles can be used to inspect at least 10 varieties of food including dairy, pork and edible oils. Administration enforcers will take the vehicles on routine inspection tours to conduct on site inspections of suspicious food. The campaign covers supermarkets, schools, construction sites, factories and residential communities.
There was a decrease in the number of food poisoning incidents in the first half of the year, and qualification rate of random inspections in the first half increased, covering food production, distribution and catering. The administrations would distribute promotional materials, put up promotional posters and will be conducting lectures on food safety.
