Tuesday Night’s Ultimate Frisbee Free Throw
Every Tuesday night, people from all over Shenzhen come to the square o
f the Civic Center for the Frisbee Free Throw. People arrive at 8:30PM to be taught how to throw and catch a frisbee, learn the basic rules and skills of the sport called Ultimate Frisbee, and play games and drills that make use of them. There is no cost to join and you don’t need any experience. All that is required is to send an e-mail to Jeff Bussel at [email protected] or SMS him @ 13751100329 your name, number, and tell him you are interested in playing Ultimate Frisbee or learning how to throw a disc.
Make sure to bring some water, where a white shirt, running shoes(no cleats or high heels), bring a disc if you have one(or we can lend or sell you one), any interested friends, boy or girl.

Due to an activity being run by the Civic Center, we have moved to Shao Nian gong( The Children’s Palace). Use Metro Exit D. Cross the street in front of the exit and turn right. You’ll pass a Croissant De France. Keep going straight till you come to a 7 11. we’ll be there waiting around 8:15. if late just pass the 711 and bear left and you’ll see us playing.
